The House

The house was designed to showcase the beautiful view of the river. A bank of French doors line one side of the upstairs living room, and can be opened onto the balcony to extend the the main living area to overlook the river. The main upstairs bedroom also has French doors so you can take in the jungle scenery while you stay cozy in bed. The top floor dining room is surrounded by windows serving up a side of gentle breezes and scenic beauty with every meal. This floor also includes a fully equipped bathroom with mosaic tile decor.

The spacious kitchen is located directly below the dining room and features mahogany woodwork and cabinetry. The remainder of the cheerfully lit main floor is a single large room suitable for all sorts of purposes from entertaining, to a library or an exercise/art studio. It also has bank of French doors on two sides, the doors on the river-facing wall open out onto the balcony. There is another full bathroom on this level.

Between the top and the bottom floors, the house has a total of 2236 ft2. This house features an open floor plan with terracotta tile throughout and lots of large windows. It is built from cinder blocks and then plastered making it durable, bug-resistant, and moisture-resistant.
